The hotel is in a great location, just 50 meters from the beach and still within walking distance to the center. It's nice to be just outside the "entertainment" area of Portoroz. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a balcony. The additional bed was not prepared, but the hotel staff quickly sorted it out. The breakfast spread is varied and satisfying, with options like eggs, sausage, fruit, cereals, and yogurt.
All was great, no negative aspects to mention.

This hotel is in a great position to explore all the small towns nearby. Bus stop very close by. The advantage of having an indoor pool if the weather is not good plus free use of the big outdoor salt water pool across the road. The breakfasts were very good with a good range of items to suit everyone. For a budget price not bad.
We were under the impression that each room had a balcony but this was not the case. Our room was small, facing another building. Carpets really need to be replaced as very stained. We would recommend it for location but don't expect too much room wise.

Bathroom was OK, but there was problem with the shower which caused water running out to the floor... But this was the only problem with the hotel

The maid knocked on the door at 9.00 in the morning and asked whether we needed our room cleaned or at least a set of fresh towels. The problem was there was a do not disturb sign on the door handle outside.
